Job Description
The Senior Data Analyst will analyze and report on trends in data, create complex SQL queries the Senior Data Analyst is responsible for designing, managing, and implementing reporting and analysis. Many These positions require involvement with financial systems and platform admins to understand and navigate complex data architecture and the relationships between varied and imperfect data sets/sources.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* Undergraduate degree in Business or Finance, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Quantitative Behavioral Science or related (quantitatively based) degree OR Experience.
* 5 years of experience in quantitative analytical roles managing large and complex systems and data sets
* Ability to interpret and clearly communicate complex commercial systems & models
* Experience with corporate visualization platforms such as Power BI or Tableau prefered
* Experience editing and executing complex data search queries
* Experience compiling and manipulating and synthesizing very large data sets
* The Senior Data Analyst must have strong project management experience and the ability to monitor and manage multiple initiatives concurrently
* Strong MS Excel skills
* Expertise in commercial and financial data structures and systems
* Experience with Relational and Multi-Dimensional database architecture and queries
* Experience with SQL
* Experience with Oracle PL/SQL
* Experience financial data structures and systems preferred
* Experience with Relational and Multi-Dimensional database architecture and queries
* An innate commercial curiosity and sense of entrepreneurship
* Python experience is a huge plus
