Job Description

The Business Analyst analyzing, understanding, and assessing the changing needs

of the business. This role will be required analyze the business impacts of change, document and support

communication between relevant groups and stakeholders, and capture requirements needed to initiate a

change.

Position Responsibilities

• Support the process for development and rollout of new features for a customer facing product

• Identify opportunities for product and process improvements.

• Define requirements for software enhancements by working with business, technology, and

policy stakeholders, and document those requirements in User Stories.

• Ensure that features are implemented as defined in acceptance criteria by testing, identifying, and

tracking defects to resolution.

• Track progress of the planned and completed work by updating JIRA as features and stories are

completed.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an Agile delivery team.

• Strong technical documentation skills with expertise in backlog grooming, writing user stories

with detailed acceptance criteria.

• Experience in documenting business and system processes with flow diagrams, sequence

diagrams.

• Experience writing and executing complex SQL queries.

• Experience with testing front-end applications.

• Experience with documenting test plan, test strategy, defect summary and test summary reports.
