Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and maintain templates using the internal template design tool
• Build and update templates for Claims and Pre-Estimate letters
• Assist in migrating existing Crystal Report templates into the new system
• Implement business rules, conditional logic, and dynamic content
• Troubleshoot template logic, formatting, and data integration issues
• Collaborate with business, QA, and development teams to validate outputs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Requires 1 to 3 years of experience in programming, reporting, or template development
• Programming experience to implement rules and logic
• Basic to intermediate experience with MS-SQL (queries, stored procedures, functions)
• Good knowledge and understanding of procedural programming concepts
• Also knowledge and understanding of Crystal Reports

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience with MS .NET, Python, or React
• Knowledge of Health or Dental Insurance domains

The Client is seeking a qualified Business Process Analyst (BPA). The BPA must have experience reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business processes, systems and user needs, including documenting process flows, requirements, supporting the development of systems to align with business process re-engineering, and providing consultation on complex projects as a top level contributor. The BPA must have a technology background and experience with re-engineering of complex business process, design and documentation of processes in close consultation with business users and technology teams and ability to contribute to the solution architecture.  The BPA will work as part of a team responsible for the data modernization initiative.

Responsibilities:

• Document the As-Is business processes and process flows.
• Develop formal documentation for the To-be business processes, process flows and requirements in consultation with business users and technology teams.
• Document the existing data sources/elements and map data elements with data standards working closely with the data architect.
• Support the development team with review and testing of use case.

Requirements:

• 8-10 yrs experience as a business process analyst with developing strategies/processes to optimize business processes.
• Experience with data intense software development, requirements gathering and documentation, managing client relationships, business process analysis, project management software, software development life cycle. 3) Knowledge of Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and familiarity with FERPA requirements is a plus.

Data Analyst – 18-Month Contract (Remote)

Overview:
We are seeking a Data Analyst for an 18-month contract to support a major healthcare organization. This role is primarily remote, with an initial 1-2 weeks of onsite training in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly proficient in Excel, and has experience working with Lawson ERP in a healthcare setting.

Job Requirements

1. • Analyze and manage large datasets, working with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps, and combined formulas) to generate reports.
   • Utilize basic SQL to extract and manipulate data as needed.
   • Run queries and reports from Lawson ERP to support procurement and financial data analysis.
   • Work with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and GHX systems to ensure seamless data transactions.
   • Support the team by setting up ED tables that connect internal systems to GHX.
   • Handle large datasets with millions of rows and work with Excel add-ins for advanced data processing.
   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data reporting and analysis.
   • Adapt to a fast-paced environment, working independently while managing input from multiple stakeholders.

Job Summary:
An Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) developer needs to design, build, test, and maintain databases. An ETL developer is an important part of the development team who tests, designs, and debugs the entire database system before it is implemented.

Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate with ETL team to implement all ETL procedures for all new projects and maintain effective awareness of all production activities according to required standards and provide support to all existing applications.
Perform tests and provide updates to all ETL activities within schedule and provide support to all large data volumes and assist in data processing.
Documents all technical and system specifications documents for all ETL processes and perform unit tests on all processes and prepare required programs and scripts.
Analyze and interpret all complex data on all target systems and analyze and provide resolutions to all data issues and coordinate with data analysts to validate all requirements, perform interviews with all users and developers.
Perform tests and validate all data flows and prepare all ETL processes according to business requirements and incorporate all business requirements into all design specifications.
Perform root cause analysis on all processes and resolve all production issues and validate all data and perform routine tests on databases and provide support to all ETL applications.
Develop and perform tests on all ETL codes for system data and analyze all data and design all data mapping techniques for all data models in systems.
Provide support to all ETL schedules and maintain compliance to the same and develop and maintain various standards to perform ETL codes and maintain an effective project life cycle on all ETL processes.

Qualifications:
Strong proficiency with database technologies such as Oracle, DB2, SQL, and variation among popular databases
Experience using ETL tools to perform data cleansing, data profiling transforming, and scheduling various workflows
Employ relation database best practices
Ability to plan resource requirements from high-level specifications
Capable of troubleshooting common database issues
