Job Description
Summary
Job Title: Junior Template Designer
Location: Remote
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain templates using the internal template design tool
- Build and update templates for Claims and Pre-Estimate letters
- Assist in migrating existing Crystal Report templates into the new system
- Implement business rules, conditional logic, and dynamic content
- Troubleshoot template logic, formatting, and data integration issues
- Collaborate with business, QA, and development teams to validate outputs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Requires 1 to 3 years of experience in programming, reporting, or template development
- Programming experience to implement rules and logic
- Basic to intermediate experience with MS-SQL (queries, stored procedures, functions)
- Good knowledge and understanding of procedural programming concepts
- Also knowledge and understanding of Crystal Reports
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience with MS .NET, Python, or React
- Knowledge of Health or Dental Insurance domains
- Exposure to claims processing or benefits workflows
- Experience with report migration or template automation tools
